Free Screening
Our commitment to supporting individuals in their communication journey extends to our free screening service, conducted by our certified speech therapists. We understand the importance of early detection and intervention for speech and communication challenges. Our free screening service begins with a comprehensive phone consultation, during which our experienced speech therapists listen attentively to your concerns and gather essential information about your unique situation. If needed, we provide professional referrals to other specialists who can offer additional insights and expertise. For those who would benefit from further assessment, we offer assistance in scheduling an intake consultation. It’s important to note that while this service provides a thorough evaluation of speech-related concerns, it doesn’t involve therapy treatment. Our aim is to empower individuals by guiding them towards the appropriate support and resources they need to enhance their communication abilities and overall quality of life.
Intake Consultation
Our intake consultation is a helpful starting point guided by our certified speech therapists. Our skilled therapists carefully look at speech and communication, and then create official reports that can be used for various needs. This official report and expert observations can be really useful in different situations, like school or healthcare. If needed, we can connect you with other experts too. Just remember, this consultation is about understanding your situation and getting important information – it doesn’t involve therapy. Our aim is to empower you with knowledge and connections so you can improve your communication and overall well-being.
Speech/Hearing treatment sessions
Our focused 45-minute speech therapy sessions provide a dedicated space for individuals to work on their communication skills. These sessions can take place either at our center or in the comfort of your own home, with the convenience of home-based sessions available as an option. For those choosing home-based sessions, please note that there’s a travel cost associated with this service. We value transparency and communication, offering regular updates and reporting upon request. To ensure a smooth experience, we kindly ask for payment prior to each session. Additionally, we believe in a collaborative approach, and so we provide valuable advice and training to parents and caregivers. Our mission is to create an effective and supportive environment where progress is nurtured and communication flourishes.
Upcoming Services
multi-therapy sessions
We’re excited to introduce our upcoming multi-session service, designed for those seeking consistent and comprehensive support in their communication journey. While this service is not yet available, it’s set to provide a dynamic approach to enhancing speech and communication skills. With a focus on continuity and progress, the multi-session plan requires a monthly payment and operates with a tailored therapy plan. This approach ensures that our clients receive ongoing care that is attuned to their unique needs. As we finalize the details, including potential price reductions for multi-sessions, we’re considering various options such as making it more affordable for those who commit to multiple sessions. This service is ideal for our regular clients who have found a strong rapport and effective collaboration with their speech therapist. Our goal is to provide a seamless and productive experience that fosters growth and achievement in communication skills.
Overnight stay (only with session)
Coming soon, we are introducing an innovative service aimed at addressing the accessibility challenges of speech therapy across Uganda. Our upcoming overnight stay with session option is designed to extend our support to individuals who travel from afar to seek speech therapy. We recognize that speech therapy services are not easily accessible throughout Uganda, and we want to bridge that gap. This service will provide an opportunity for both the client and their caregiver to stay overnight. This not only enables them to receive therapy sessions but also offers a practical solution for those who have business or trade engagements in Kampala. By offering affordable accommodation in Kampala, we are not only catering to their needs but also ensuring that individuals who might not otherwise have access to therapy services can now benefit. Our commitment to improving communication and well-being extends to every corner of Uganda.
